The Lahasky Group is a privately owned investment and management company based out of New Orleans, Louisiana. We develop, acquire, and manage real assets. With a focus on the investment side of the real estate industry, we have expertise in all facets ranging from investment and financial analysis, acquisitions, development, property and asset management, and brokerage.

We got our start as a business back in 2010 with a single 6-unit apartment building in Chalmette, Louisiana. After growing the apartment division over the next year, our second division was spurned in 2011 when we started small in the construction side of the business with a “flip house” in Slidell, Louisiana (a before picture is shown here, on the top, and an after picture on the bottom). We continued to grow each of these divisions over the next few years, and in 2013, we entered the world of commercial real estate when we joined forces with North American Land Development on the acquisition and management of a 21-story office building, now named Orleans Tower, in the New Orleans CBD.

 

Since 2010, we have continued to grow each division of our company on the basis that quality work, great customer service, and superior value will lead to exemplary results for our business, as well as happy clients, tenants, and investors who choose to put their trust in us.
